My husband has been working on his trauma egg with our therapist. He was looking online for examples of other people's trauma eggs (trying to cheat! lol) and couldn't find much. Irony: he got a lot of it done, and then lost it on the bus. :( I love this entry and your explanation of how you had been parenting yourself. Excellent analogy. Thanks for sharing this.
